The Gem Hotel

Completed in December 2006, the Gem hotel project involved the complete refurbishment of the existing premises. The use of natural materials and a focus on maintaining traditional design elements ensured the Gem was restored to its true beauty and charm.

The hotel comprises a new front public bar with TAB, large dining area with brand new kitchen, and gaming room. Features include a wood-fired pizza oven, fishtank and large viewing panel into the keg room.
